CE - Directive 2013/53/EU (RCD)
INTERCERT Global sp. z o.o. carries out conformity assessment of products according to modules: A1, B, D, F, G, PCA, in accordance with the essential requirements of Directive 2013/53/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 20, 2013 on recreational craft and watercraft and repealing Directive 94/25/EC.
The RCD has been implemented into Polish law by the Ordinance of the Minister of Development dated 02.06.2016 on requirements for recreational watercraft and water scooters (Journal of Laws, item 807).

The RCD Directive applies to:

- components marketed separately
- propulsion engines
- vessels subjected to thorough processing
What is the certification of products subject to Directive 2013/53/EU at ICG?
The conformity assessment process has been developed based on the requirements of PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065 and consists of 7 key stages, i.e.:
